1. What We Do

We offer AI-powered services like workflow automation, business system integration, chatbots, and custom project builds for trade and skilled-service businesses. When you engage with us—whether through our site, forms, or consulting—you’re agreeing to let us do our thing.

2. Use of Our Website

Don’t break stuff. Don’t hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer anything. Don’t impersonate other users or do anything illegal here. Simple.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

We use both Square and Stripe for secure payment processing. Pricing is clearly listed on our proposal and invoices. Some services are one-time, others are monthly. You’ll be told before you pay—no surprises.

4. Client Portal Access

If you’re invited into a GTM Planetary client portal (like ClickUp or Notion), keep it professional. You’re responsible for your access and anything shared there.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, automation templates, graphics, logos, and materials are owned by GTM Planetary unless otherwise noted. Don’t reuse without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We build automations to make life easier—not to take the fall when someone forgets to check their email. We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or misuse of our tools.

7. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms whenever needed. We’ll try to give a heads-up, but your continued use of the site means you agree to the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
